BAXAB Kft. (hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider) is committed to protecting the personal data of its clients.
The purpose of data processing is to manage inquiries, orders, contracts, and customer communication related to construction and design services, as well as to comply with legal obligations (e.g. invoicing and warranty administration).

The Service Provider processes data voluntarily provided by clients, including in particular: name, e-mail address, phone number, billing and delivery details, documents, plans, images, and files related to orders or project planning.

Data processing is based on the consent of the data subject and on the legal basis necessary for the performance of a contract, in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679.

Access to personal data is limited exclusively to the Service Provider’s employees and contractual partners involved in the cooperation (e.g. subcontractors, accountant, courier service), and only to the extent necessary for the performance of the service.
The Service Provider does not sell personal data to third parties and does not transfer data for marketing purposes.

Personal data are retained for a maximum of 5 years following the completion of the contract, or deleted earlier at the request of the data subject, provided that there is no legal obligation requiring their retention.

The data subject may request the rectification or erasure of their personal data, the restriction of data processing, and may object to the processing of their data.
Requests may be submitted to the e-mail address info@baxab.hu , and the Service Provider will review and respond to them within 30 days.

The Service Provider takes all reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure the secure storage and processing of personal data, preventing unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
